My career began in the water industry in Customer and Public Relations, specialising in communications, media relations and event management. People management experience followed, where I met the challenge of building a cohesive and self managed team during a time of significant change in the industry. At the same time I also became an accredited management and people skills trainer.

As a communications expert for a successful consultancy company, I designed communications strategies for major business change projects, working closely with clients mainly in the transport, national health and energy retail sectors.

Now as a freelance consultant, I continue to advise on effective communications to help people manage change. I coach managers and teams on how to realise people’s potential and help them believe and achieve. I also design, develop and facilitate at, corporate team building away days.
