Clear, effective, two way communication is vital to the success of any business yet sometimes it is considered to be a necessary evil or overlooked completely. Especially in times of change, if a vacuum is created by lack of clear information, it will soon be filled with ‘fact’ provided by the rumour mill and the grapevine. Keeping your people informed and involved will help motivation and maintain morale.
